[What COULD be the cause of this outbreak?]
Flu are being taken lightly as people think it harmless.
[Do you think the governments around the world are doing enough to help the people?]
I believe that the governments are doing whatever they can to solve this disease outbreak.
All we can , is to do our part like wear surgical masks if they are move through crowds.
[Your feelings/views on the reaction of people worldwide. Is it rational and helpful? What do you think people should do?]
They might feel unsecure as their life is now indanger because of some unknown flu virus that is never seen before.Try to Stay at home and try not move through cowards. Clean your house with Clorox, soap and Lysol. When you not feel too well , apporch a docter.

Wish that wish this outbreak can end soon.

there is quite a number of mistake you have in your post..
an example of it " They might feel unsecurity " for me I think it should be " unsecure rather than unsecurity ".

I do hope that the outbreak would be over
soon . Many deaths are occuring all around the world due to this virus .
